Explore your architectural philosophy, design instincts, and governance experience.
Review your submitted project architecture.
Explore trade-offs made, challenges solved, and framework thinking.
Architecture Deep Dive – 1 hour
Hands-on evaluation of your architectural thinking
Explore real-world trade-offs, performance/security decisions, and scale readiness
Evaluate your ability to challenge poor designs and protect system integrity
Design Review Simulation – 1 hour
Participate in a simulated cross-team design review
Evaluate how you assess other teams’ architecture proposals
Assess how you guide design outcomes and enforce standards under pressure
In-Office Architecture Assignment – 4–5 hours
Solve a real GoComet design problem involving multiple systems
Expected outputs: architecture diagram, risk plan, governance strategy
Evaluated for system clarity, technical judgment, documentation, and stakeholder handling
Final Round with CTO – 1 hour
System-wide design scenarios, legacy modernization, architectural bets
Alignment on leadership mindset, non-negotiables, and long-term vision
