Responsibilities

Lead & Mentor: Manage and coach a team of Product Managers and Associates, fostering a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define and drive the vision, strategy, and long-term roadmap for one or more product lines, aligned with business goals.
Market Intelligence: Conduct deep market, customer, and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential disruptions.
Execution Excellence: Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle — from ideation to launch, iteration, and scaling — ensuring timely delivery of high-impact products.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams to align on goals, dependencies, and execution plans.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze usage data, product performance metrics, and user feedback to refine strategy and inform feature prioritization.
Customer-Centric Approach: Continuously improve product usability and customer experience by balancing sustaining improvements and disruptive innovations.
Stakeholder Management: Communicate product vision, roadmap, and key outcomes effectively to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
Product Health Metrics:
NPS (Net Promoter Score) – Improve customer satisfaction and advocacy.
Churn Rate – Reduce customer attrition through product enhancements.
Integration Stability – Ensure robust performance across customer environments.
Adoption & Engagement – Drive growth through enhanced user experience and product stickiness.
