Responsibilities

Program Orchestration
Drive cross-functional delivery across AI, backend, and data engineering teams.
Manage SLAs, dependencies, and risk; ensuring nothing slips between product, infra, and customer ops.
Own issue triage, RCA processes, and technical delivery escalations with precision.
Technical Leadership
Translate business and customer requirements into detailed technical specifications, workflows, and integration requirements.
Work closely with engineering teams to ensure feasibility, scalability, and architectural soundness.
Partner with data/AI/engineering teams for technical deep dives, estimations, and roadmap planning.
Validate technical dependencies and ensure seamless integration of APIs, backend systems, or third-party platforms.
AI & Automation Enablement
Use AI and low-code platforms (e.g. n8n, Retool, CrewAI, or LangGraph) to accelerate integrations, diagnostics, and reporting.
Identify repetitive patterns and automate them into intelligent workflows.
Continuously evolve processes through experimentation, agentic automation, and feedback loops.
People & Performance
Lead a multi-disciplinary team of support, integration, and QA engineers.
Foster a culture of speed, accountability, and technical depth.
Own team performance metrics; issue resolution time, uptime, and delivery consistency.
Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) Responsibilities
Operate like a founder: explore, validate, and incubate new business/product ideas.
Run experiments to test hypotheses around user needs, pricing, value propositions, and GTM.
Build business cases, financial models, and competitive analyses.
Work on strategic company-level problems beyond core product: growth, operations, partnerships, etc.
Drive fast execution, make independent decisions, and experiment without fear of failure.
