Market Insight Generation: Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, analyze competition, and understand evolving user needs, directly informing our product strategy and innovation roadmap.
Product Development & Optimization: Lead the development and continuous improvement of high-utility products, monitoring performance, gathering user feedback, and implementing enhancements to ensure exceptional quality and user satisfaction.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with Engineering, Marketing, Legal, UX, and other teams to ensure smooth integration of new features and technologies, supporting cohesive project planning and execution.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Net Promoter Score (NPS): Measure and improve NPS for assigned products to reflect high user satisfaction.
Churn Rate: Lower churn rates through responsive product enhancements and user-centered improvements.
Process Health Metrics: Achieve targets in sprint completion and project due date adherence, ensuring efficient and timely project execution.
