Responsibilities

Generate and issue accurate invoices to clients based on subscription plans, usage data, and contract terms.
Ensure timely billing for new customers, renewals, expansions, and adjustments.
Monitor and track outstanding invoices; promptly resolve any discrepancies.
Maintain up-to-date billing records, ensuring accuracy in customer billing details.
Prepare and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue and receivables reports.
Perform detailed analysis of revenue streams, customer renewals, and cancellations.
Reconcile revenue data between billing systems, customer accounts, and financial reports.
Track and report key financial and operational metrics, including MRR (Monthly Recurring Revenue), ARR (Annual Recurring Revenue), churn rates, and expansion revenue.
Identify and drive improvements in billing and revenue reporting processes.
Respond to billing-related inquiries from customers with clarity and professionalism.
Collaborate closely with the Sales and Customer Success teams to ensure accurate billing and proactively resolve customer account issues.
